1. Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or
a related field.
2. Proven experience in architecting, designing, and implementing database
solutions, with a strong portfolio in NoSQL and relational databases.
3. Deep understanding of in-memory caching technologies like memcached and
Redis.
4. Experience with database sharding, replication, and clustering techniques.
5. Strong knowledge of data modeling, SQL, and database optimization techniques.
6. Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud services (AWS,
Azure, Google Cloud).
7. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced
environment.
8. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with both
technical and non-technical team members.
