• IQ TechMax IP: All intellectual property rights in and to the Services, including but not limited to IQ Agent, IQ Lens, software, designs, text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and the compilation thereof, are owned by IQ TechMax or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any right or license to use any IQ TechMax trademarks, logos, or other proprietary designations.
• User Content: You retain ownership of any content that you create, submit, or upload through the Services ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant IQ TechMax a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Content in connection with the operation and improvement of the Services. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant this license.
• AI Generated Output: While IQ TechMax provides the tools for generating content via AI Agent, the ultimate responsibility for the output lies with the user. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may not always be original or accurate, and you are responsible for verifying its suitability for your intended purpose and for not violating any third-party intellectual property rights.

Certain Services or features may require payment of fees. You agree to pay all applicable fees as described on our website or in your service agreement.

Subscriptions may be subject to automatic renewal unless cancelled. You are responsible for all recurring payment obligations until you cancel your subscription.

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing by IQ TechMax or required by applicable law.

We may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content or information obtained through the Services, including AI-generated output.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall IQ TechMax, its affiliates, directors, employees, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from

Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof, shall be exclusively settled by arbitration in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, or any statutory modification or re-enactment thereof. The language of the arbitration shall be English.
